CCM V08 - Hockey Helmet (Brown)

When fitting a hockey helmet, it is important to ensure a snug and secure fit without any gaps between the pads and the athlete's head.

MEASURING HEAD SIZE:

To determine the size of your athlete's head, follow these steps:

1. Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around the athlete's head, positioning it just above their eyebrows and ears.
2. Ensure that the tape measure remains level from the front to the back of the head.
3. In case you don't have a soft tape measure, you can use a string instead and then measure its length against a ruler.

Helmet sizes may vary between different brands and models. Each helmet has its unique fit. Here are general guidelines from the following brands:

Hockey sticks are kind of a funny item to ship, expensive to send you just one, but pretty much the same cost to ship 2, 3, 4 or 5. Therefore we charge a flat rate of $19.99 for Ground ($21.99 with Signature) and $29.99 for Express (within most areas of the United States and Canada).  

Note:

• The flat rate does not cover the full cost of most shipments. 
• FedEx/UPS does not go to some areas so we have to ship USPS or Canada Post.

NEW PRODUCTS

Purchased from HockeystickMan in store - New Condition

1. 30 day full refund or exchange - New products must be unused with original packaging and labels.
1. Exchange must be for an item of equal or lesser value. OR the customer must pay any additional costs associated with an item of greater value.
2. After 30 days, products are no longer eligible for any full or partial refund or credit.

Purchased from HockeystickMan online - New Condition

1. All criteria indicated in the above (in store purchase) section applies to online order as well.
2. Customers who purchase online and wish to return an item will be required to cover the cost of shipping the product back to HockeyStickMan.
3. If the customer is exchanging for another option and is covering the cost of shipping the original item back, HockeyStickMan will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item to the customer.
1. If the exchange item is of greater value the customer will be invoiced for the difference in cost between the two items.

***NOTE*** For any refunds/exchanges on online orders, the product must be received and examined back at a HockeyStickMan facility before the refund or exchange is issued. If a product has been used or altered (including tapped and/or cut in the case of hockey sticks) it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. 

Purchased from HockeystickMan online or in store - Used Condition

1. Once a product has been used or altered (including taped or cut in the case of hockey sticks) it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Used Products

Used items in all cases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.  No exceptions.  This applies to items that are purchased as used, or were purchased new and have since been used.

The only exception to the Used Product Policy is for Goalie Pads, Gloves, and Blockers.  Used Goalie Pads, Gloves & Blockers can be returned if a buyer has contacted customer service or submitted a return request within 1 week (7 days) of the item(s) being received.  

HockeyStickMan offers this as we understand the sizing and fit of these items are exceptionally finicky, and quite often very expensive to take a leap of faith on purchasing without seeing/trying on first.

In the event that a customer would like to return a Used Goalie Pad, Glove, or Blocker, the item must remain unaltered and in the condition it was received in.

Returns are for store credit only.  Additionally, the customer will be responsible for a return fee to help us towards the return shipping cost on these items.  This is generally just $20.00, but can be more if you reside outside of Continental NA or in a remote area.
