For general sizing with hockey elbow pads, it is best to measure your arm length. Start from the furthest point down your arm on your shoulder pads and measure down to the cuff of the glove. Once you have this measurement, refer to the sizing chart below. Each brand and model may vary slightly in size but this measurement is the most accurate method.
