Sarah Fillier Stick Spec Check

Sarah Fillier Stick Spec Check

What Stick Does Sarah Filler Use?

Spec Check: Sarah Fillier 🇨🇦

An Olympic Gold Medalist at just 24, Sarah is your second-ever PWHL first overall pick—and she totally deserves it. She captained the Ivy League Princeton Tigers, wrapping up her collegiate career with 194 points, making her fourth all-time and the highest scorer since 1995 for the program. Not to mention her epic Olympic run in 2022, where she finished second in scoring with eight goals, including a hat trick against Sweden. Now, she’s teaming up with another HockeyStickMan favorite, Alex Carpenter, on PWHL New York. The two of them are going to be lighting it up next season.

Sure, Sarah’s had a pretty sweet career, but we’re all here for the stick specs, and they’re pretty unique. Sarah opts for a decent sized toe curve using the newest version of the Marian Hossa curve. We’ve seen a few different Hossa curves over the years, and this one most resembles the P46, which makes a lot of sense for a women's hockey player. As a young rising star, she fits the bill for someone wanting a bit more toe curve.

Sarah stopped by the showroom not too long ago and brought these sticks from her time at the World Championships, where she won gold with Team Canada. Good luck next year and feel free to keep bringing us those sticks!

More Canada sticks and gear coming soon!
